Mary Beth Williams

Mary Beth Williams is an economic mobility and workforce leader who brings strategic vision and cross-sector experience to the board. Her career spans the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, where she has designed and launched initiatives that connect local residents to quality jobs and expand economic opportunity.


She has led workforce and impact strategies tied to major development and infrastructure investments, helping translate economic growth into practical career pathways for underserved

communities. She has also helped mobilize significant public and private investment to create and scale new training programs.


Earlier in her career, she helped launch a New York–based real estate startup and spent several years in urban development consulting, advising cities and institutions on equitable development, as well as managing social impact programs at a major technology company.

Mary Beth is proud to support the BOTT Foundation’s mission of equipping Brooklyn residents with the skills, certifications, and support needed to build strong careers in the skilled trades.
