Hands-On Training for Real Careers
Welding Courses
At BOTT Foundation, our welding programs are built to do more than teach the basics — they prepare you for a career. Each course combines classroom instruction, booth training, and hands-on projects so you gain the skills, confidence, and certifications employers demand. Whether you’re just starting out or leveling up your trade, these courses give you the competitive edge to step into high-demand roles in welding and construction.

PIPE WELDING COURSES
GTAW – TIG Pipe Welding Course
This course is for students ready to push their skills further and specialize in pipe welding. TIG welding on pipe requires precision, attention to detail, and advanced techniques — all of which are covered here. You’ll train to pass the 6G pipe test, the industry’s toughest welding test, recognized by Military, ASME, and AWS standards.
What You’ll Learn:
-
Safety and proper TIG pipe welding techniques
-
Filler metal selection and shielding gas usage
-
Troubleshooting common weld issues
-
Equipment setup and maintenance
-
Techniques for making welds in all positions
-
Understanding weld symbols and joint design
Format: 110 hours booth welding + 10 hours lecture/practice (120 hours total)
Graduates leave prepared to take on specialized pipe welding jobs that offer high wages and consistent demand.

STRUCTURAL WELDING COURSES
FCAW – MIG Welding Course
Perfect for beginners, this course introduces students to flux cored arc welding (FCAW) — one of the most widely used processes in structural welding. You’ll gain a solid technical understanding of welding metallurgy, joint design, and equipment handling, while practicing with both small and large diameter flux-cored electrodes.
What You’ll Learn:
-
Welding with and without shielding gas
-
Fillet and groove welds in all positions
-
Equipment setup, filler metal selection, and use of gases
-
Troubleshooting welds and refining technique
Format: 70 hours booth + 10 hours lecture + 40 hours mock-up training (120 hours total)
By the end of this program, you’ll have the confidence and skills to enter entry-level welding positions and grow your career in structural applications.

STRUCTURAL WELDING COURSES
GTAW – TIG Welding Course
For students seeking precision and versatility, this beginner course introduces the gas tungsten arc welding (TIG) process. Training covers multiple materials — aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel — and emphasizes weld safety, technique, and control.
What You’ll Learn:
Fundamentals of GTAW
Welding procedures on different materials
Practice on edge, corner, lap, butt, and fillet welds
Equipment setup, gas selection, and filler metals
Course Objective:
Students will gain the ability to perform fillet welds in all positions and understand how the GTAW process works. A certificate is awarded upon completion.
Format: 110 hours booth + 10 hours lecture/practice (120 hours total)
This course is ideal for students who want a versatile skill set that’s valued across industries.

STRUCTURAL WELDING COURSES
SMAW – Stick Welding Courses
Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), also called “stick welding,” is one of the oldest and most widely used processes in the world. It’s valued for its versatility and effectiveness in construction, maintenance, and repair work. SMAW welders are always in demand, and this program ensures you have the hands-on practice and technical knowledge to succeed.
Our SMAW program includes:
SSTE (30 hours): Introductory stick welding training covering electrode selection, arc control, and safety fundamentals. Perfect for those new to welding.
G60T: Intermediate training focused on groove welds, testing positions, and preparing students for certification standards.
F60: Advanced stick welding techniques, emphasizing fillet welds in multiple positions and complex joint designs.
What You’ll Learn Across All Modules:
Stick welding safety and best practices
Electrode classification and selection for different materials
Welding techniques for flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions
Understanding arc characteristics and troubleshooting
Real-world practice through mock-up projects
This track is designed for both beginners and those looking to sharpen their skills. With SMAW certifications, you’ll be qualified for a wide range of jobs in construction, pipeline, and heavy equipment industries.
