As an experienced tax advisor and executive manager with Tax Guardian in Sunrise, Florida, he oversees tax strategy, compliance, and client advisory services. He also serves as CEO of Cornell Accounting Firm, where he guides organizational growth through financial oversight, strategic planning, and strong executive leadership.

Through his private practice, Rawlinds Bell Consulting, he supports individuals, entrepreneurs, and small businesses by strengthening internal controls, improving financial systems, and building long-term stability. His expertise spans taxation, compliance, small-business finance, workflow optimization, and transparent budgeting—critical skills for ensuring responsible stewardship of resources.
