Tamika Jackson is a digital strategist and instructional designer who leads BOTT’s web, branding, and social media presence with clarity, creativity, and purpose. As Founder and Creative Director of Whitty Designs, she helps entrepreneurs and organizations build digital platforms that communicate value, strengthen identity, and support long-term growth.

Tamika also serves as a Senior Technical Trainer and Instructional Designer at the NYC Department of Buildings, where she contributes to the City’s digital transformation through the DOB NOW platform.
